The Stand Up ankle boot is the ideal model for supporting a child’s first steps. It was designed to combine support, flexibility, and respect for the foot’s natural development.

This first-steps shoe features a flexible, non-slip rubber sole and a patented Anti-Twist© shank, integrated into the sole at the heel. This system helps prevent ankle twisting while maintaining excellent flexibility at the front of the foot.

Made from carefully selected premium leather, it combines elegance and technical performance to support those important first steps. The collar and tongue are padded for extra comfort, while the lace-up fastening provides a precise fit and makes the shoe easy to put on thanks to its wide opening.

This model was exclusively designed at our design studio in Vendée, France, and reflects Pom d’Api’s expertise in first-steps footwear.

Recommended by podiatrists, Stand Up booties have all the necessary features and meet a list of over 20 criteria for the proper development of children's feet.
