French Jam

La Trinquelinette comes from a nature preserve in Burgundy.  Made with only 2 ingredients, think more fruit less sugar, and cooked in copper cauldrons. It's sweet with tartness that balances it out beautifully.  Truly the best jam we have ever tasted!
